Cancellation Form

Cancel your order

If you are a consumer you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it and get a refund, without giving a reason. Use this form and we will confirm by email.

You don't have to use this form — an email to help@scottishlaird.com or a letter is just as good. You can also use the model cancellation form in our terms.

Two things you can't cancel

Personalised items. Deeds and certificates are made with the names you give us. Once we've started making a personalised item you can't cancel it, unless it's faulty or not what you ordered.

Digital deeds already sent. If you asked us to email your print-ready deed straight away, the right to cancel that part of your order ends once we've sent it.

Separately from your legal rights, we offer a full refund within 60 days of purchase if you return your Deed of Entitlement. Tell us below and we'll sort it out.

It's at the top of your order confirmation email. If you can't find it, put the name the order was placed under.
Leave blank if it hasn't arrived yet.
You don't have to give a reason, and we won't ask again. It only helps us improve.
